Weekend Getaway: Sebana Cove

A few of us decided to head over to Sebana Cove for a short 1 night getaway on our boats.  And we had a fantastic time!  There is nothing like a little fun on boats to make your weekend feel full and complete!

Sebana Cove is a beautiful retreat set in the lush jungle up a river in Malaysia.  It is the perfect getaway from the bustling city for a little R and R.  We really enjoy the peacefulness Sebana Cove, and always look forward to some good food and amazing scenery.  This was our 3rd time visiting, and I cannot wait to go back.

Weekend Getaway: Renoh Island

We had a long weekend, so we decided to take Sharkfin to Renoh Island, Indo, with a group of our friends who were also taking their boats.  There is nothing quite like island hopping on your own boat.  The sense of freedom and peace it gives me is unmatched.  You are in the moment, and these moments are precious....because they are such quality couple time for Fint and I.

We had such a good time, full of sunshine, sand, salt water, great laughs with friends, fun boat drives and fresh seafood.  Life doesn't get better than this.

This beach was postcard perfect.  Palm trees, white sand and blue waters.  The added bonus is you can only arrive by boat...a real paradise.

Lots of palm trees....they make the most relaxing sounds in the breeze.

Nothing is nicer than a fresh coconut....except perhaps, a fresh happy coconut.

Fint just might have invented the freshest pina colada around!

Some times I miss Sea Monster....Gary and Karen had a tangle in one of their main halyards, so I volunteered to go up the mast to help fix it. And to enjoy the view!

She's high.  Problem fixed and they could sail for the rest of the trip. :)
